ASOS asked for a fresh way to communicate with their customers. Working with copy writer Emma Lightfoot, as part of a creative team, we developed an email communication strategy for ASOS. During 3 months, we created a fresh and innovative tone of voice and visual treatment consisting of 8 emails. Each designed to convey a specific business objective and integrated these concepts with complementary interactive engagements on the ASOS site and on social media, allowing ASOS consumers to interact with the brand in a fun and social way. My responsibilities also included putting together a style guide for the entire strategy and guiding the ASOS in-house design team implementing the creative thinking. More details on request.
